Does this guy 3-bet TT, 88 or 66? You'd think that he'd at least 3-bet TT, right?

I agree with Rich about extorting the button. I'm capping this on party 2/4 pretty easily, just 'cause there's more ways for him to have TT and 88 and it seems like he would easily play them the same.

I don't know if I can answer the question about a cap without a better understanding of his preflop 3-betting standards.

I think that you have the best hand. The flush is a remote possiblility since only one club fell on the flop. A J9 for a straight is also unlikely. My guess is that you are up against a top pair. I would bet and call a raise.

Why do you think he's not facing a set with this action? Can you explain your reasoning?

Keep raising. 2nd nuts is worth 3-betting river against LAG. If there were no cap 4 bets is enough.

66 goes more bets on the turn. Against this villain, I go ~8-10 bets on the river.

He has the 2nd nuts. QQQ66 usually beats Ace high flush. I don't know though, I might have to check the book.

Seriously, I would stop after the 12th bet. People are [censored] retarded.

But, Most likely, he either has T6 or 86 (most likely 86). Entity is correct when he says that 66 would go more bets on the turn (more like capping turn, am i right?)

I'll grant you that, but the post flop play sure feels like a set.

The fact that the question is being posed tells me that potentially the OP was giving more credit to his post flop play than just being an uber lag, but I don't know.

In the context of party 2/4 though, I cap this all day every day. Live, before I put in 10 bets, I just want a better description of the player.
