Default Turn Call?

Villain is overly loose preflop and has good aggression postflop. He probably knows how to play but just too loose.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">6 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: (5 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: (2.50 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: (4.50 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>...

I called the turn since I think he would probably fold a bunch of hands I want him to bet again on the river. What do to after he 3-bets the river?

I would think that you have a lot of fold equity on that flop so I don't understand the check. I like the turn call although your line looks like total bs to villan which puts you into a tough spot on river which I think is still a fold.

I'm betting this flop out. Why not try to take it down right there?

I'm also definitely raising this turn so you charge him for the flush draw that he hit you with on the river.

i think you need to bet the flop, it looks like he picked up a flush draw on the turn and hit it

I really don't have much fold equity on this flop at all. Villain knows I'm going to autobet this flop and I know hes going to autocall/autocheckraise.

If this is the case is I hope J8s is in the bottom end of the raising spectrum.

I still think you need to bet here unless you sometimes are checking in this spot with AA or 9x and he knows you do that (which is unlikely). This is also a reason to fold this hand preflop. You have no showdown value and you're going to be put to the test by this player a lot, even when you do hit something, there's a good chance you'll be outkicked.

For the river, I really want to fold it here. Unless you've seen him pull outrageous river moves, he's got you beat. Does anyone ever 3bet the river with worse than J8 here? I don't think so.

I dont like the river raise. I might be biased because you got 3bet, but it's a poor value bet.
