Default A Thin value bet on the river?

First let me give you a little history. I have been pounding on the SB pretty bad. I think I have raised like the last 4 times he has open completed and won every pot. The last time he open completed he tried to make a stand but folded to my flop three bet. He is defintely loose and bad but not overly agg or passive.

Anyways....

I am on the BB with QJs. He completes and I raise. He calls

Flop comes Q K J all spades. The action goes Check, bet, C/R, Three bet, call

Turn comes a 5 spades putting a four flush on the board. He donks into me and I call.

River comes a non spade ace. He checks.

Can I bet this hand for value or should I just check behind here????
