Hand Converter

I would like to post a hand for critique, but haven't been able to figure out where the hand coverter is. Do I need to download some software or something? I tried searching this forum under hand converter and converter with no luck. Can someone provide a link to the technology-challenged?

I think there's a newer version running somewhere but I don't have that link handy.

If it doesn't work for you, see this thread for known issues. Biggest known issue is, you may have to remove "Texas" from Party histories of some sort.
