Top 3 in no order:
Chrono Trigger (my favorite)
FF3 (FF6)
Star Ocean (never translated but you can get translated rom, possibly best made SNES game ever)

Honorable mention:
Lufia 2
Secret of Mana/Evermore
Terranigma
Super Mario Kart
Super Mario World 1 and Yoshi's Island
Super Mario RPG (awesome game)
Super Punch-Out
Super Metroid
Street Fighter Alpha 2
Killer Instinct
Donkey Kong Country 1,2,3
Earthbound
Legend of Zelda
Maybe Romancing Saga 3 as well.
I'm sure I am forgetting some other good ones.

As for the guy saying Secret of Mana > Chrono Trigger, you need to put the crack pipe down. Mana was a great game, Chrono Trigger was legendary.

I think the SNES was the best console of all time. F*ck PS,PS2,PS17, XBOX360 ,XBOX1080, and GameHectagon, its all trash compared to SNES.

I played it for the first time last week on my girlfriend's SNES (which she has precisely one game for). It was tough to get used to, and I still really suck at it, but I gues it's possible to get really good.

http://www.tetrisattack.net/ has some pretty neat videos. That Michael Tran guy is incredible.
