removing more buttons

thanks for all the help on removing the blackjack buttons. does anyone know how to remove the icons that pop up on the lower right of your party screen when you have an action to take at another table? what ends up happening is that they don't always disappear after i act at the other table. i'd rather just not have them pop up in the first place.
