What's the question? Yes, open folding was the right play if that's what you're wondering.

Why do you fold with no bet to you on the river? Its also a bad call on the turn.

Why? He's getting 13.5-1 closing the action with probably about 3 outs. Considering his implied odds I think the call is fine.

What implied odds? Lots of times we hit an overcard to pair on the river, it won't be good. Implied odds means we are winning if we hit and not losing anything when we don't. Problem is, we're often going to lose when an A or K falls.

For example, say we hit an A and decide to raise, are we folding to a 3-bet? What about when opponent folds to our raise? In these situations I tend to just call when I hit my overcard as the opponent will often check a scare card that might beat him, but bet when it doesn't hurt him. Likewise, I don't want to get 3-bet, and he may well fold to my raise if I have him beat anyway.

Ah, converter messed it up, SB went all-in for his last like $4 or something, and I was pretty certain that calling that would mean I'd hvae to call the rest of the bet after it was raised by MP1.

If I called and hit an Ace or a King on the river I'd bet out, the implied odds would be the ineviatable calls I'd recieve from any worse hands.

I really disagree, I think an Ace or a King is very likely to give Hero the best hand.

You give him 3 outs. Doesn't that mean that he's only good half the time he hits?

I've been folding the turn in these situations even with 13:1 odds. The reason is that against three other players, I think we are too often often reverse dominated to A8, A9, AQ, K8, K9, KQ and we will have to call another BB on the river if we hit, which lowers our odds.

I'd like someone to prove me wrong (or wright), because I'm not sure of my play.
