Any reads on the players behind you? Seen any coldcalling going on from them?

sometimes i 3bet if i want to isolate the first guy for being loose, or if it's 6max. but a lot of the time i'll just call and try to encourage a big pot with my nice little drawing hand. i dont know if this is right- maybe i cc too often here?

With no read, I would reraise.

Why? Because I want to have position; I want to have the pot heads up (but if the hand ended up multiway due to a loose table, my hand still has postflop value); and I want a large pot incase I miss the flop (but would still have enough on the table for me to peel off one more bet to see the turn).

Shorthanded poker goes well with big face cards.

3-bet every time to try & Isolate. You have a good hand, you want to see a flop, but you have crappy position. If you just call you open it up for all your weak fishy aces to call behind you.

This is not a reason to raise preflop.

If it's offsuit is that different? Is it still a 3-bet?
