Turbo Texas holdem HELP!!!

I just installed Turbo Tourtament holdem into my new comp and when I try to run it I get this message: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Anyone know how to solve this?
