UB Question
Hi All,
I am trying to transfer some funds to a friends account on UB and when I try to do this I get the following message: Your customer status is not authorized to transfer real money and you do not have the min. amount of funds available to transfer Play Chips and/or Tournament Entry Chips. You would think that they would want me to transfer money to new players. What do I have to do to be able to transfer money? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks in advance. |

i think you have to send them an ID or something to get to that member status. try emailing support and asking.
