Default first hand post- is my turn fold weak or correct?

Hey. As the subject clearly describes, this is my first actual hand post. i wanted to use the converter, but quickly realized i do not know how! if someone could provide a link, id be much obliged.

anyway, the game is party 2/4, 9 handed. i have no good read on villain.

i open raise with kh qh after 4 folds. another fold, and then button coldcalls. 1 more fold, and bb (villain) calls my raise.

flop is q 10 4 w/ 2 diamonds. checked to me. i bet and both call.

4th street brings a 9h. checked to me and i bet. button folds, and villain checkraises, hero (fearing kj immediately before cr) folds.

weak tight v. unknown?
