Default QQ with K on board

Live play .50-1. I have ~$60. The rest of the table is betwenn ~$20 and ~$40. The table is super LAGgy. The CO raise with any PP, any suited ace, big off-suit ace, and any 2 paint, and he usually gets 2-3 callers.

Preflop: Hero is BB with QQ.
UTG+2 calls, CO raises to $4, button calls, Hero raises to $10, UTG+2 call $9, CO calls $6, button calls $6.

Flop: K 10 4 Rainbow

What do I do?

if the table is super laggy, you should raise more preflop.

raise to 15 or 16 so pot is about the same as your remaining stack on the flop and you can commit.

as it stands, I think you gotta check the flop and evaluate.

I think if super LAG means they will call with a K, then I check here intending to fold. If they are LAG, but will fold, then I have to bet here. Only AK or a set can really feel comfortable with this flop. But it depends, if you think is this a marginal situation (and it is), and you can find a better spot to get money in later, then play it weakly. But I lead out the pot here or push. Make people commit.

Someone got a better piece of this flop than you did and any bet commits you to finish out the hand as their stacks are pretty small. QQ wont always win here, especially OOP against 3 other players. I check to evaluate where other people stand as a bet commits you.

Raise more PF to try and get it HU where a flop push is the simplest thing.

This is basically the line I was trying to take. On most nights, the raise would have gotten me heads up if it didn't take the pot right away. I was surprised to get all 3 callers.

Suppose I was in a similar situation, but the table is a little bit tighter, and my $10 will get me heads-up. Under those conditions would my PF raise be correct, or should I still bet more?

Okay yah, sorry didn't really look at preflop. Raise more with such a small stack. You know you want to go all the way with this hand. Force someone else to come along and make flop an easy push.
