Re: PL Hand #3
Agree. Make the other guy pay to play. How many times have you let them play for free or on the cheap and someone goes runner runner and splits or 3/4s the pot?

Re: PL Hand #3
I guess that I am being results oriented. I pushed and EP fish was playing KQJ10 and busted me.
Thanks guys. |

Re: PL Hand #3
I disagree, at the lower levels it'll be easily run over by a bunch of buffalos. You really need the nuts and never try to bluff there. At the higher levels I agree that it's a push.

Re: PL Hand #3
For me, it would be an easy push. I like it when the pot is big enough that the decision is easy on the flop.
I could be convinced that it's actually a bad idea with that many people in, however. AA becomes much less strong. Might try a twodimes analysis of the players actual hands preflop compared to yours. |

Re: PL Hand #3
At first I wasn't sure about the push but after everyone else said this was an easy push I consulted twodimes.
On the flop: If my opponent flopped 2 pair (which he did) I am a 2:1 dog but since they only have the same amount left as what is in the pot I would be break even. I am in bad shape against a set 5:1 but I am in very good shape against everything else. Throw in my fold equity and I think that this is an easy push. Preflop: Considering that one of them was playing Ks Qh Th 3h (the hand history doesn't show the other player because he folded) I can't see how I don't have 50% of the PE preflop. |
