BB - 28.81, 10.63, (0.17)
SB - 33.49, 24.31, (0.21)

I dont think you'll find many problems in my stats...they seem to be the stats of a winning player. My problem is postflop.

Here are the things i've done over the past months to attempt to improve it...

- 2 separate 1 week breaks when I played 0 hands of poker.
- Talked to 3 coaches. Worked a bit with 2 of them.
- The TV is never on while I play, and I dont browse 2+2 very often either. I do chat occasionally though.
- For a 1 week period i played 1 table with 0 distractions. After this week was over I bumped it up to 2 tables.
- Bought and read Weighing the Odds in Hold'em Poker.

I'll add more if i think of anything else...

What limits is this at? Running at -.8 BB/100 over 90k hands means you are probably a loser in the game.

Well, I measured this from the peak of my winnings. I made 678BBs over 20k hands before this happened. So overall i'm at -44BBs or somewhere around there. This is at 5/10.

Those stats don't necessarily mean he's a loser in that game. Yes, it's fairly likely, but not definitive. DCW, post your PT stats and lets have a look...

Well, it seems that you may be a losing player, or you may not be, but you are almost definetly not a significant winning player. I know there are formulas to see whether you are at least a .6 BB/100 winner or whatever, but you should ask the stat guys for that. You might wanna show your graph of your entire 5/10 play, maybe alongside with the grpah of your 3/6 play. I would imagine you should probably drop down to 3/6 regardless, as you are almost certainly not a good enough winner in 5/10 to overcome the horrendous variance.

Edit: I think too many people are concerned with simply being a winning player, but this is not enough. For example, if you are only a 1 BB/100 winner at 5/10, but a 2 BB/100 winner at 3/6, obviously you should play 3/6 until you get better. While that scenario isn't usually likely, when you start to get close to break even play, a difference of as little as .4 BB/100 better at 3/6 may make that game more EV+.

Over that many hands, it's a clear sign you've got leaks. The first 20k sound like a rush and the last 70k are indicative of actual play.

The hard thing is you're probably a pretty decent player with a batch of minor issues that cumulatively have sabotaged your game. Finding the fixes could take a long period of painful retuning.

I would agree that moving down would be good if money was an issue. It isnt. I'm trying to advance my skill as fast I can.

I'll give my stats for my most recent 20k hands. My play has changed alot since the beginning.

Keep in mind i've run worse these past 20k hands than any series of hands in my life.

Dude, you're hemorrhaging in that sb (the bb isn't great but nothing like that sb)!

Edit: Also, get a coach...
