Default AQ off. How to play?

How would you play in my position? Check the flop? Bet out turn if blank hits? What would you do?

This would depend on my read of the player. Have you seen him flat call a continuation bet before? Did he fold to a second barrel?

I would be tempted to bet the turn, but as played I don't have the confidence to bluff on the river yet so I would fold. This may be weak though.

I'd bet something like 2/3 pot on turn and take the free showdown if available. As played I think you're losing to a mid PP too often to make the river call without a bluff type read.

What would he check/call flop with that you're ahead of?

I check turn. With the nine on the turn I see him check calling/raising 2/3 pot bet more often then folding.

fold river.

Ok thanks everyone. I thought folding river made me look weak. Was not sure if Ace high was good enough for a call.
