Creating a new account on Party....

What kind of "boat" is this that everyones in? Like a poker cruise, cause that'd be tight.

Regarding the Neteller issue, I can tell you from personal experience that in the past, they have denied my request to change my account number.

However, I did have an old Party account that I closed, and after waiting several months, opened a new account with the same name and have not, to this point, had a problem using the same Neteller account that was associated with my old Party account.

Also, I've used the same Neteller account for Empire and Party when they both had the same player network; I can't imagine either site disallowing the practice now that the sites are completely distinct.
