Default Who wins this fight:

First match on the card: Donald Rumsfeld v. Ross Perot.

1. Ross Perot is not allowed to hire mercenaries to fight for him.
2. Ross Perot is not allowed to use bar charts or graphs in a tactical manner. He is allowed to show you, statistically, how he's going to whip Rumsfeld's pansy ass.
3. Rumsfeld may not conjure lightning bolts from his finger tips for this match.
4. Rumsfled may use his powers of confusion and deceit.
5. This match will be refereed by Judge Mills Lane.

Rumsfeld will win but he'll be mighty sore from getting kicked in the shins.

You're confusing that. The Irrational Exuberance is one of Greenspan's special moves. His finishing move is called "The Half Point Increase".
