Default Playing well: finding the groove

What is going on when you are playing well. For me, it feels different than when i am playing average, or poorly. I'll give you my thoughts , if you 'll give me yours?
I'm in the groove when:
-i'm well rested
-i'm emotionally detached; let the cards fall as they may, i can handle it & move on
-i'm restrained, so as not to bet too much on medium hands such as 2 pairs , especially under pairs
i'm analytical, so i'm thinking steadily about the various possible hands out there given the flop at this moment
Perhaps most importantly, i'm playing tight. No junk hands.
That's about it.
What are your thoughts on this and your own experiences when playing well?
MTFBWY : May the flop be with you.

This is important! At least not play when you are very tired!

Yup! I play better when i don't have other things to think about.

Well partly true for me. The important thing is to not limp with the junk just because i am bored.

Other important things:
-Have a purpose with my plays. I raise because i want to isolate. I raise because my cb will most likeyl win me the pot on the flop.

- I am paying attention to how my opponents play, knowing who to bully, who to call down and when to get out of the hand!

I am thinking about each move, why I'm making it, and what may happen on future streets.
