Ramsi's is 4-stars. The Courier sucks. They give nearly EVERY RESTAURANT 3-stars. It is very rare that a restaruant gets anything else. And I have never seen anything about 3.5 stars or below 2 stars. But I don't check the reviews religously...

Edit: 4 stars for food. The service always sucks.
