Default How do you play AK against when someone comes in for a large raise.

I always think when some one comes in for 12X big blind that they have pocket 9's, 10's or J's and will always call with AK.

Yesterday I was in a 2/5 game I have just bought in and have about 500 in chips. MP raises to 100 (has 300 in chips)preflop. I have AKo in big blind and know he has pockets but not A's or K's. I called and flop was K 3 6. I check and MP bets 80. I reraise to 200 and MP folds.

If MP would have pushed all in preflop I would have folded. Are there any situations where you would fold this hand preflop when you are certain your opponent is not holded aces or kings?
