Default Neteller Debit Card

I tried withdrawing some money to my debit card, quite a bit less than what is in the account and it says declined?
No uncleared EFTs, my card doesn't expire until next year, used the card fine like three weeks ago.

I emailed them already, no response yet.

Anyone ever had this happen?

I'm talking on the webpage. I was trying to transfer to my debit card.

How much did you try to transfer? I think the limit is $1000/day.

It was less than $1,000. It's just odd because the last time i touched my account, I withdrew to my card, worked fine like always, this was three weeks ago.

I guess I'll just wait for their e-mail.

When you say "quite a bit less than what is in the account", is it possible that you were thinking of your NeTeller account, rather than "transferred to your ATM card"? If you've been keeping a balance on your AM card, it might be easy to forget that step sometimes.

Or maybe that's just me.

Well, I ended up just calling them and the lady said that whatever bank that issues the debit cards was down and that I should try again later.
