Default tilt problems

I hate to lose, probably more than most. Ive been away from poker for 4 months due to my discouragement with certain beats and tilting. I've returned to the game this past week but my mindset hasnt changed. I play good for a few hours an then some stupid hand comes up where i try to pull the greatest bluff and it fails miserably and i lose my stack. I have this issue with pride that really ruins my game postflop. I'm looking for some ideas or ways to change this. I've decided to cut my playing to only a few hours so that i am fully awake and aware. I think being tired brings out the fool in me.
