That's a good question. I'm not sure exactly what the best line in that case is, although I'm tempted to say checkraise. We won't be getting raised as much in that scenario, but I don't know if it's 50% less. But I still expect button to bet when checked to. So yeah, until I change my mind my answer is to checkraise.
