This is really read dependent. Against an unknown I'll call down too. Against a reasonably passive player I'll fold.

Never. Not when you're getting 11.5-1 immediate odds on seeing the river. Not when you're ahead alot of the time. If he's the most passive player EVER call and fold the river UI. You raised from steal position, he's probably not giving you credit for any kind hand.
