Default Lucky boat - river decision

Live 4/8 at Sam's Town, half blinds, 9 handed. This is during the day, so most of the table is full of Sam's regulars, some of whom I recognize from years of playing there oince every six months or so. Unfortunately, I don't recognize them enough to have solid reads, but what I have I will give you.

Hero holds K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button. CO is loose but reasonably predictable - he bets decent hands and check-calls poor hands. He often calls the flop and folds the turn. BB appears to be rockish.

Preflop: Everyone except MP1 calls ($2). Hero calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop ($16): K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

It's checked around to Hero, who bets. Only BB and CO call.

Turn ($23): 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets, BB calls, CO calls.

River ($45): 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

BB bets, CO folds, Hero .... ?

If your choice is to raise, what is your plan if you are 3-bet?

Continue to raise until your arm falls off. You are beat by two exact holdings, K8 and K3, either of which would have raised somewhere before the river. If he has K8 or K3 then you tip your cap.
