Based on the PF action, most stronger A's raise on the button here. I think most sets smooth call the flop here and try to pop the turn. Therefore, the only thing that makes sense to me is an Ace Medium. It's hard for me to see how you're behind unless it's A9s or A6s. I may call the raise here with a plan to push the turn.

oh, ok....sorry, I didn't see that the button was short stacked here and moved in. You played it fine.

I guess you have to raise preflop to protect your hand since button could be calling with any Ace-garbage such as A6 or most probably its a semi-bluff as hes trying to hit his flush and double up since he is short on chips. I think you played it good cept the pf reraise.

I would have raised pf had I been at the table for an orbit or two. Even so, I think this is where I played the hand wrong as well.

I agree, that is why I usually check here. But I think sometimes a raise to like 600-700 in this spot will take the pot down. I also am the big stack here, which should deter people from playing back at me without a premium hand.
