Best way to win PCA?

I am really going to try to qualify this month for the PCA through pokerstars. What do you feel is the best way to get in? The double shootouts? the 33+R? the 650 weekly? Or some other way?? I also only have about $1000 im willing to spend trying to qualify. So what super sats would you reccomend?

though I havent played any of these myseld, I think the regulars concluded the DS is not the way to go, if you are a skilled MTTer anyway, the Saturday event might be better.

Best way for your roll is probably, 5.50R into the 175DS, unregister, play the 73+7 into the 650, play the 650 and get a seat.. if you don't get a seat you can still get ur buy-in back and try again next week.. if you don't get ur buy-in back, start at square 1.

lol.. actually my BR is so small Im starting with the 2R then the 5R, then the 73, then the 650.. did it once but genius me decided to take the 650 and play 4DS's instead.. bad idea.

5.5R to DS is the way to go...was basically my ticket to WSOP.

You want to play a DS against other DS satelite qualifiers; these are appreciably easier than playing against those who buy into DS's directly.

Semi-easier creative way to gain funds..

play the 5.50R, get the 175 in W$, trade somebody straight up (or close to) on here for 175 in T$.. play the 36+3 to the 215 Sunday 500K guaranteed, this awards 1 in 5 basically, it's a very soft game.. play those for a little bit, if you're good at them and get off to a good start, in time, you can get some clout for the 650 qualifier.. then trade back to get W$ and take some shots at the 650.

is the minimum age 18 or 21 for this event, anyone know?
