Default Do You Assume an Unknown Player to be Good? (33s+)

In another post, I realized that in my limited experience at the $55s so far, I tend to assume that players I come across during peak hours are average to poor unless I've noted them as otherwise. But then again, I play in peak hours at Party, and rarely when there are less then 50,000 players online. Now, I don't have a huge sample of $55 players yet, so I sometimes err on the side of caution. What about you?

For this poll, let's assume 22ers and below assume their opponent is a donk. If you play more than 1 level, just answer for the one you've played most or play most often.
