Default best site for small stakes

i was wondering where i should play at in the .25/.50 - .50/1. what sites where the softest and hand the best ante

Check a recent post here. I like PokerStars, not becuase it's the softest but because it's got the best structure.

best ante at .5/1 is paradise as it has no ante.

And consequently no action.

Full Tilt actually has the best stud structure of any site I'm aware of, but they don't have many games. I'm partial to Stars.

I'm bankrolled for $1-2 stud8 at Party, but I don't ever see many games going on there. The few times I've checked out the Stars tables, there seemed to be plenty of games going on at a wide range of levels. Are both of these observations generally true?

In other words, does it benefit me significantly to take my stud8 game to Stars? What level is a good "getting started" level?

I would move to stars until your roll/skiillset is ready for at least 2/4 before I go back to PP. The ante in the games under 2/4 are pretty bad and the action is just as good on stars.

At 5/10 and up though, it seems as though the stud 8 is still very fishy on party and gets slightly harder at stars (though both are very beatable)
