I think fourth is a fold. The Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] is a pretty wretched card, several players have caught good, and you're facing two bets. This could easily be jammed, especially with the scariest board of all yet to act behind you.

Having called on fourth, you definitely call fifth when you pick up such a nice draw. I would have bet on sixth and jammed if given the chance. If you can't bet that hand, you shouldn't be in there in the first place.

I would also jam the river as you did. I find it interesting that you chose to jam with the low after being cautious with the flush. I think the flush is more likely to win than the low.
