you have to move money to it. also, the numbers mean nothing.

it is really just a piece of plastic until it arrives.

i think i am one of the only fans of that card. i keep it at no money till i am on way to atm. also, i'm happy those engraved numbers are not the account number because it really makes it worthless as long as you only load on way to atm.

just get ready for the fees tho

The fees arent that bad are they, $2 to load and $2 for the ATM fee(+any that the bank hits you).

Actually isnt it only $1.50 to withdraw from the ATM? I have some local atm's that only charge a buck so its only $2.50 to get money from it which is really no worse than most casinos charge, actually its cheaper than my local casino.

I am quite the fan of the card as well, It finally makes Neteller money availabe NOW instead of "three to five days later" Now if there was just an efficient method of funding Neteller without mad fees or restricted use of the funds(instacash)

Anyways, I agree with Granny, I am also a fan of the card

I use my ATM card for my monthly withdrawal too, although once the new cash-out to a UK bank bit is set up for me might be tempted to wait 3 days and pay less in fees!
