"you dont have enough posts to make such oberserations sir."

If it wasnt for WPT these posters would still be playing dungeons and dragons while I was grinding out 5CS and 5 card draw.

"please post this in beginners forum."

Why does everyone have to be so cocky and such a dik on this mid stakes forum. Answer the question or stfu and dont read the post.

Yet here you are...not answering the post...with all kinds of things to say. With all due respect - most of the regulars on this forum (which I am NOT one of) are some of the best High Stakes Limit Holdem players in the world. Please allow them to police this forum and appropriately refer to other forums as they see fit.

No."

Its a joke to me because the best posters are very helpful in a cool manner, nate tha great, rory, james, callmeishmael , joetall , etc , and sublime of course, but certain people have such big egos on here cause they've been playing poker well for 2 years at the easiest time in history. If he asked him in person do you think he would say read a book, or something like that? Everyone is so tough on the internet.

all i said was "please post this in the beginners forum."

if he REALLY wanted to know about this then he could:

a) do a search for pot equity in the SEARCH function. yes 2p2 has one, its not the best, but im sure pot equity has come up a GREAT deal.

b) go read any gambling book on teh subject.

c) ask any friends.

now we all had to learn this way as well. but before i posted one singular post on this board, i had alraedy read HPFAP, TOP, and every archived article from the older archives (back in 2002). yes im new at poker. yes i have SH*T load to learn. and in general i always try to be as helpful as possible. so much so that i take troll bait and didn't even know what a troll was until a few months ago. but if something clearly belongs in a beginners forum i'll say so.

if i wanted to answer his quesiton it would take a long explanation. but now, because you felt the need to attack me, ive typed as much as i would have if i answered the question to begin with....

and you got me rambling again and i gotta pack for NY tomorrow.

bottom line (as my rambling posts tend to end), im a generally helpful, trusting guy and if saying this belongs in the beginners forum its because there's a lot to discuss there and takinga whole thread up on it in mid-high stakes where theres a clearly marked small stakes and beginner and probability forum is just lazy.

do some work, THEN come post if you dont understand.

thats not even a discussoin b/c the original point of "worlds best players" is so out of what its hilarious. i was laughing out loud when i wrote "us" in some response referencing that post. id gues that most of the best poker players in the world probably dont spend time on poker forums or writing books.

this whole thread is hilarous.
