I'm 5-handed going into Lvl2 blinds in an $11 - which seems to be a rarity nowadays. Might be time to fire up a few $22s.

It might be just the games I'm in, but they all seem like EST people too. Should we expect this to hold a few more hours as the PST cohort comes online?

Yeah, Party's been busier. Three or four months ago, usage seemed to peak at about 68K. Now it's more like 73K.
