This hand looks incredibly simple, but upon further examination I thought this was an interesting river decision. What is highest EV play here and why?

the only reason not to bet is to checkraise, and with that you're risking getting nothing in the pot. BET BET BET

given that you raised preflop, and the CO has called the whole time, i would put him on a medium pocket pair or something like AJ. therefore, a bet is definitely in order, as he seems resigned to see your cards.

had you limped in, it would seem more likely that he was on a draw, and therefore checking to try to induce a bluff makes more sense.

No, you have to bet here. AQ and KQ too. Weaker and I'd check to induce a bluff.
