Weak play from me or ??? Since the blinds were still so low I thought pushing would be wrong, and re-raising would also be wrong as I wouldn't want to call an all-in from even a low pp, etc with the chance of getting knocked out 4th. Would anyone go for the check/raise on the flop here assuming villain made a small say half pot bet or so?

Edit: I should also say I didn't re-raise as opponent has overplayed certain hands before and for example: i went out 3rd here pushing with A9os 8xBB with him calling with 22. I may be wrong here on the overplaying that hand part but damn calling me with deuces sucks the life out of me.

Check that sh1t down man. Don't mess with big stack when you totally mis the flop.

Why am I not surprised to see you here Zebra I wouldn't necessarily say I totally missed the flop here as that type of board is just screaming "bluff at me". Well at least to me anyways. AKos is almost a pair anyways right? If he didn't have a Q or higher I doubt he'd raise me. A5 or 66-JJ is a possible holding for him if he's aggressive shorthanded but for the majority of the players at this level, I think they'd fold to a pot size bet here if they missed. Sucks to have the positional disadvantage against him though. If it were backwards I think this hand would be easier to play but then again I'm a donkey at post flop play most of the time.

Man I'd going to love seeing the replies to this thread... "yes you are a donkey", "play it like you had a queen", "fold pre-flop", .......

What about reraising to t600 or so preflop? I don't think smoothcalling with AKo in l4 is the best idea.

Well that would pretty much price him in anyways right so it's pointless for me other than raising for value. In a sense I think I'd get more value from my money from keeping the extra 400 chips in my stack and using them as additional ammunition for blind steals. Anyone have the math on this?

Tough hand, I don't like raising to 600 because he will call you a lot of the time. I would just check and fold flop too after your line of calling preflop.
