Default TPGK, what to do on the turn?

Villian stats are 13/7/1.6

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">BB 3-bets</font>, UTG calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (9.50 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>

Against an unknown I'd probably call down and feel like an idiot when he flips over the flush.

Not sure how good a plan that is.

yeah, i had like 60 hands on him, he was pretty TAGish. I called the turn and then folded on the river when the 4th diamond fell and felt like I played very bad. I think raising the turn would've been better no?
