Re: Raymer
[ QUOTE ]
No WAY AA should let 22 see every card free or cheap. [/ QUOTE ] He raised 20x BB with his AA and farha called with AA. I guess next time he should just push all in with blinds at 25/50. |

[ QUOTE ] Sammy Farha is playing even better than Raymer. [/ QUOTE ] Come on now, you are smart enough to know that there are lots more hands than shown on TV. [/ QUOTE ] And, you should be able to recognize a joke when you read it. |

Re: Raymer
Wow, you guys are critical. Having a big hand against another big hand is part of the game! Yes he flopped two pair, that's part of the game. Or have you never outflopped someone? IT'S POKER, THERE IS LUCK INVOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[/ QUOTE ] You're talking about two different hands... Some guy raised Farha 20x bb PF, and Farha called w/ 33. the hand in question was when Raymer called a standard raise PF w/ 22 (the guy had AA) and the guy checked behind on the flop (when it came 3 clubs, Raymer had 2c, villain no clubs).. then raymer check raised him on the turn, and the guy just called. |

Re: Raymer
[ QUOTE ]
He probably goes aruond and talks about his "bad beat" against Raymer. [/ QUOTE ] Maybe. But in the televised hand you can hear muttering something like "well...I probably could have played that better" or something like that. He seemed to me that he was perfectly aware that he screwed up the hand big-time and let the 22 draw-out on him. |

Re: Raymer
im not sure he played it completely wrong. you are 7 -1 to make the set. he got paid off about 10 - 1. you can make these plays when the blinds are small but if the stacks are not deep enough cant make that play.
