Default $11: get me off tilt

Lost way too much in a cash game. Vowed I wouldn't get tilty and loaded a SNG. On a scale of 1 to 10, how clear cut is this hand?

Sorry the hand's not too interesting. Just need reinforcement up the whazoo.

The only way I even consider pushing this hand is if blinds go up next hand. Even then, I probably pass.
