I'm considering being a Poker dealer and need advice to get started

You know, I've often wondered about this...

why the hell would any halfway decent poker player want to be a dealer?

The only thing I can possibly think of is that it would be some steady income, but for a properly bankrolled player, this wouldn't be much of an issue. So why?

PS I saw a dealer who had a 3 to 4 inch spade tattooed on his neck . After contemplating for a long while, the only reasonable explanation was that he sucked at poker. Do you see why? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
