Just post how many hands you think you will be able to play next month. The captain has challenged you, but he is aiming for 40k hands. If you are looking to do more or less than that then it probably wouldn't be a fair matchup. This is merely a way to encourage yourself to play more so you want to be against someone who puts in about the same time you do. Just post what you think you will play and I will match you up. I read the rule, but it didn't tell about sites that's not in the poker tracker. You can put me down for 20K hands just of party and absolute in poker tracker.
