Default How many people are there that have never been flipped by a rubberband

Let's say everyone at least 16 years old. US population. This has to have happened to everyone right? My friend asked me this question after some drink and some smoke, and it seems like one of those life changing questions that should be discussed in OOT.

The answer is none. Maybe some weird Amish teenager who believes that rubber bands are too advanced or something, but all normal US teenagers will have been hit by a rubber band at some point in their lives.

Two ways I can think of. Rubber band around one finger tip, pull back, and let it fly off your hand and hit someone. Doesn't really hurt. Alternatively, if you're a real bastard, you can take a rubber band, pull it between your thumb and pointer finger, pull back on the middle, place your finger tips against someone else's body, and let go. Against bare skin, that hurts like a bitch.
