Odd turboesque tournaments popping up...strategy?

I was approached today about some poker tournaments that run during the week. They're fairly small buy-ins with terrible to decent players (no one here is going to be busting out the icm math or 10x rule). The only problem is that they're set up on some cracked out over in 10 minutes style.

The structure is that you start with 400 chips, blinds at 10/20. Blinds go up every 15 minutes. I could see this getting ugly quick, even without the blinds doubling (which I pray is not the case)

Level 2 puts me into push fold mode, just treat it as a bubble situation sng with 10 others? Don't limp with pps to save my stack? Open push rasising hands? Raising 1/4 my stack then missing the flop with something like AK would be bad news...

Ideas?
