Default Limp re raising

I just started playing on party, after playing a bit on Ub, never did anyone limp reraise at Ub, whilst at party it seems to happen a bit more often, when this happens do i just credit them with AA/KK? as i have hit a few TPTK with AQ etc only to be shown AA at showdown

I know this is player dependant but any generalizations would be good
