Default Str8 facing river donk and donk raise on flush card

2/4 table is loose overall although there are a few tighties at the table who I have played against a lot.Preflop raiser is tight.

Hero is button(seat 8) with 3d 3h
UTG folds, 1 calls,2 calls, 4calls, 5 calls, Hero calls, Sb calls,BB raises, all call. 7players to flop(7BB's)

Flop is 4h 2d 5d

Sb checks, BB bets, 1 folds, 2 calls,4 calls, 5 calls, Hero calls, SB calls (10 BB's)

Turn Ac
SB chekcs, BB chekcs, 2 bets, 4 calls, 5 calls, Hero raises, Sb folds, BBfolds, 2folds, 4 calls, 5 calls.(17BB's)

River Td

4 donks, 5 raises, Hero ???? (19BB's)

Second question: I havent posted in awhile, what are you guys using for converting hands?

Hero curses loudly at his monitor. Any read on the river raiser or river donker? I don't think I could fold against unknowns given the size of the pot. It sure looks like a flush though.

Oh, and there's a converter link in the posting guidelines sticky at the top.
