The Residents covering Hank Williams Sr's Kaw-Liga is pretty fun.

The best cover of anything is Schlong covering the entire West Side Story album. Undescribably excellent.

And Van Halen, representing everything awesome about the 70's with the Kinks You Really Got Me.
