I voted for the "I don't know you but i think I could kick your ass" option, only because it was the closest thing to "I don't know you but I KNOW that I could kick your ass, as well as every one of your friends, even though most of them are probably make believe".

Über-nerdy battle simulation using miniatures . The players I'd seen had hand-painted their figures, and had their own terrain. It's really pretty amazing the trouble they'd gone to. Weapons have ranges, blast radii, etc, and all that shi[/b]t has to be measured using measuring tapes and all kinds of weapon templates.

From the sound of it, this is quite possibly true. Do they wear costumes when they play with their "miniatures"?
