I'd check/fold the flop, but after the turn, it looks good. I'd refrain from posting results in any form in my hand posts, even just putting "UTG+2 calls" in the river line gives too much away.
Check raise the turn is superior to the river. He probably has a 6 and he'll bet the turn assuming the Q didn't help you, since it usually won't. Confused by your calldown by 5th, he might check behind the river, so your line on the turn and river is good. |

Fold or call a 3-bet on the river (assuming a check-raise was pulled off). I personally like the bet out and call a raise line. I couldn't see my hand being good a high enough percentage of the time that three bets go in on the river, but like the odds when it's one or two bets.
PS I think he's very likely to check behind on the river if you check to him. |
