Default battlefield rakeback irregularity first time cashing in

So anyway I recently signed up for Battlefield poker with 35% rakeback.

I haven't played there since before xmas, so when I went to check my rakeback in the battlefield app, it said 125 in rake and 35% rakeback for 43.90 in rakeback. Nothing pending or anything and zero for today since I havent played in a few days.

So I click cash me out or whatever it says, and it comes back and says 38.99 has been credited to my account.

I go back to rakeback page and it says all zeros, but still 35% rakeback percent.

So what's the deal?

What happened to the 4.91? FWIW, I think one day last week I only played a very little and my rakeback earned was 4.93 or maybe even 4.91. But it wasn't my last session.

The customer service is great at BF - chat live to the operator, and they will help you.

Thanks for the reply, I tried that but my javascript kept crashing so I couldn't use that, but I emailed my affiliate I signed up through and they said they would take care of it.

I'll post the solution if it's at all generic.
