Default $1/$2 NL home game, KK on a monotone board

Situation, table (10 ppl) is filled with loose-passives. Calling stations also. Table is not really aggressive for the most part.

I've ran my min buy in of 60 into $160 in roughly an hour thanks to good cards and buying pots.

Villian is a loose-passive, mostly a calling station.

I open in MP2 with Ks Kd for $8, (about the standard open raise here, usually get 2-3 callers)

Villian calls in CO ($90 behind after the call). Blinds fold.

Flop is Ts 8s 3s

I make a continuation bet of $8 (usually takes pot down), Villian raises to $28, Hero...

Re-raise? Call and lead on blank turn? Call and check/call any bet he makes on the turn?

Basically asking, is there anyway to get away from this hand.

Villian will make this raise with a pair plus a high spade, overpair w/spade, set, 2 pair, plus some other random hands at times.

Would he make this raise with a flopped flush?

yes, but he wouldn't with the nuts (most likely), so at best he has a Q high flush

With the K of spades I think I would push here.

If your read is that he has at best a Q-high flush and you have Ks then why not push on that flop?

Because I'm a dog to AsTx/As8x/As3x as well as a set.

That's why I asked if I should call here and lead the turn for all of it.

bet a little more on the flop, re-raise the flop.
