Who are they are so bad. With over two minutes left the chargers three time outs and the commentator says this is their last chance to score.

Somebody on SD fumbled and Miami is running out the clock deep in SD territory. SD just used last timeout, Miami in FG range. And somebody on SD got called for tripping and the game is basically over now.
